Returns
We do accept returns of non custom products. Must be in original packing, not removed from plastic or shrink wrap. And must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of products purchased during a discount sale or clearance. We do not accept returns of products that is customised for the purchaser. Including but not limited to document file boxes, labels, labelled glass bottles. Any product that is personalised for the purchaser is non refundable.
Shipping costs for returns will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Faulty Items/Damaged Items
We accept returns for faulty goods in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please email info@sortmyhouse.co.nz within 14 days of purchase with your full name, order number, description of faulty goods and picture of faulty goods. Once we asses the item we can provide a refund or replacement.
Items damaged in transit. Please email info@sortmyhouse.co.nz within 14 days of purchase with your full name, order number, description of damaged goods and picture of faulty goods and the outer packaging the item was delivered in. The courier company will need to collect the item and packaging and assess for damage so please hold on to these until advised.
